Side Mira Palace

The team made us feel welcome and genuinely looked after. At reception, the gentleman was especially kind, always smiling, and full of useful tips and recommendations that made our stay better. His warm manner and professionalism went beyond what we expected. We had a great experience at Side Mira Palas, highly recommend it, and will definitely come back.

A lovely choice for a peaceful holiday as a couple or family. The staff were friendly and took care of all our problems. It is a little far from the sea, though they said their own shuttle makes the trip easy in summer. We didn’t get to visit the bathhouse, but judging by the quality of the facility, I’m sure it’s very nice.

Back in February, I wrote that Mimi and Sophie were skilled in several kinds of massage, and that their friendly service was outstanding compared with the many massages I’ve had. By September, the spa service had declined badly because management hadn’t managed to keep skilled employees. The staff were inexperienced, and my last two massages left me in pain. Management did little to maintain the quality of the team. Sad.

The prices are very reasonable for a holiday in Antalya, and I’m sure where I’ll go next time: Side Mira Palace. I’m definitely coming back. This is a lovely family-run hotel with a Turkish bath, steam room, nice breakfast, swimming pools for adults and children, good guest care, and a rich dinner menu. The family and staff are polite, helpful, and very nice. Thank you, Mustafa brother and Gülizar sister. We won’t forget to say hello to Mum.
