We changed rooms three times, and each one was worse. On the second day we asked to move and were ignored. When we pushed, they offered a change for at least €1000, which we refused, and we turned down another room as well. The hotel’s Instagram and website show renovated, clean, modern rooms, but none of those pictures matched what we found. The staff were completely unhelpful and unfriendly once we had a problem. A tabletop in our room cracked, so we showed it to the manager and explained that insurance would cover it and we’d provide our details. He demanded €250 cash and wouldn’t let us leave until we paid, which made us miss our airport transfer. After taking the money, he wouldn’t give us written confirmation of payment. He got into his car and never came back. We had to pay for a private shuttle to avoid missing our flight. We’re home now and will do everything we can to get our money back. If you’re after a truly horrific holiday, this is the place.

We trusted this hotel and booked, but a few days before our stay they called to say the renovations weren’t finished. They asked us to pick a date in July or August, and after we did, said they couldn’t get the license this time. We were left in a difficult position. It doesn’t seem like a very reliable place.

Animals were all over the food and tables, and the hotel was extremely dirty. Every room was filthy and cleaning happened only once a week. That was my first and last stay there.

Hi everyone, don’t book through this hotel or Tatilbudur. It’s all deception and lies. Tatilbudur moved me to a different hotel two days before my holiday.

Our early booking was for this hotel, but it wasn’t open because of unforeseen circumstances. Mr. Hüseyin and Ms. Ebru took the initiative and did their best to make sure we weren’t left in trouble. They contacted us and sorted things out before we even called. We’re now enjoying a holiday at an alternative hotel in another city, chosen especially for my autistic daughter, and everything is wonderful. Our family, the Taşkın family, would like to thank them.
