We had a really good stay, and the hotel had everything needed for a nice holiday. The beach was great, the pool was warm, and lifeguards were there. I got stung in the sea, and one of them noticed something had happened and came over. He spoke little English, but checked on me and got me a plaster, which I appreciated. The sea itself was lovely. Sunbeds are close together both at the beach and pool, but the plot is narrow, and it’s easy to pop over for drinks. Water in small bottles is kept in fridges by the pool, which is brilliant. There’s food available all day. Drinks come around the pool on a cart, or you can go to the bar. The usual all-inclusive options are served, and the system works well. In the evening, it changes to waiter service. That can be a bit slow, though they do get to everyone. Drinks service overall was efficient. The entertainment schedule is full, with aqua aerobics, yoga, darts, beach games and evening shows. We especially liked the aqua aerobics. We weren’t interested in joining the other activities, and nobody pestered us. Our main-building room was comfortable, with the best showers, lovely toiletries and a great fridge that was topped up daily. The woman who cleaned it was always cheerful. The hotel was extremely clean, welcoming and friendly. As UK visitors, we didn’t feel treated differently because of our nationality, and most staff spoke English. There were a few other British guests too. Food was good quality, especially the meat. Breakfast was mostly continental, but you could go to the outdoor area for freshly cooked fried eggs or an omelette. I mentioned that these should also be available in the main dining room, since on a rainy day I had to cover my plate. Desserts had a great selection, already sliced and ready to serve, and everything was presented well. We were offered food at 3am when we arrived, and check-in was quick. One tip: if someone’s English seems limited, remember we don’t speak Turkish. One day I needed to find another person because the receptionist had answered but hadn’t fully understood my question. The next person did.

The food was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. We enjoyed our holiday and loved the location. The staff were really friendly. A special thank you to Burhan at reception, he was amazing, always happy to chat, and I’ll miss that friendly smile xx

Lunch was the best meal, and I enjoyed the omelette at breakfast. The location is great, though the airport transfer takes nearly two hours. About 98% of the guests seemed to be German.

The rooms are kept in good shape by the cleaners, and the views are beautiful. It’s a lovely hotel with good food. The downside is that staff can overlook you if you’re not German.

The evening entertainment was great every night, and most of it was in English, which surprised me since I expected German. Some parts were repeated in German and another language, maybe Slovakian. The foam party was a lot of fun and brought in all ages, and we had a great time on the waterslides at the back of the hotel. We stayed in the main building. The rooms were nice and modern, though the hallways could do with updating and clearing out. That’s the only negative I found inside, and there was never a long lift wait. Staff were all super friendly. There’s lots of choice for food and drinks, with different places to eat: the main restaurant, the outdoor restaurant, the beach and pool restaurant, plus four a la carte restaurants, all lovely. There are shops inside too for snacks, clothes and bags. The location is great, right by the beach, with a couple of nice beach bars, hundreds of shops behind the hotel and a few restaurants. For a nice evening out, Side is about 10-15 euros by taxi and well worth the trip. We’re an English couple in our 30s, and before our 10-day all-inclusive stay at trendy palm beach we were a bit nervous about reviews saying it was full of Germans and everything catered only to them. That wasn’t our experience. Staff might say ‘Hallo’ first, but switch to English once they realize you’re English. I think everyone I spoke with knew basic English, and we met a few other English guests. It was actually nice not to have English people shouting all the time, haha. If you’re English and worried by those reviews, don’t be. We couldn’t fault the stay and would definitely return :)
