We had a very good breakfast, and the staff were friendly and ready to help throughout our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, with everything feeling clean, hygienic, and well organized. We also loved the architecture and the atmosphere of Mardin. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

We stayed for three nights, April 24-27, and were really happy with the experience. Old Mardin was easy to get around from here, and the hotel itself has an atmosphere that reflects the city’s history. Our room was clean and well cared for, and the staff were warm and attentive. Mr. Burak was especially supportive and dedicated throughout our trip. We’d gladly return if we come back to Mardin, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The staff made us feel at home with how friendly, attentive, and helpful they were. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and breakfast had a very good range of tasty options. The hotel’s location and cleanliness were excellent too. I’d happily choose it again on my next trip and recommend it to everyone.

At checkout, we had to leave at 7:00 AM, when the receptionist said nobody would be there. They kindly took our suitcases to the car the night before. Parking was easy on the street above the hotel. The location is central, though the walk up from the center was a bit difficult, and the high stairs could be a problem with lots of luggage. Our room door was swollen and wouldn’t lock, so we had to leave it unlocked when going out. The bathroom door wouldn’t close at all. The receptionist generally tried to help, but the hotel has a lot of management shortcomings. The terrace has only a partial view, so I wouldn’t say the hotel overlooks Mesopotamia. At breakfast, we were shown a small room with only a meeting table and told they could prepare food there if we wanted to eat. We were surprised and skipped breakfast. It was included in the price, but we saw no preparations or suitable dining area. We stayed last week.
