The staff seemed tired and weren't very welcoming, and the pool was dirty, which was disappointing. In the room, there was dirt on the floor and even on the bed. The shower was in poor shape and uncomfortable to use. It just wasn't a pleasant stay.

The rooms had two beds, which worked really well for families, and there was even a little balcony with room for one or two people. The hotel was clean and nice, with friendly staff, a pool, and a play area for small children. Food was decent, and it was nice to see the staff handle dinner service properly. Breakfast had a good range of options for all ages. We had a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Mardin.

One of the worst hotels I've seen. There was no hot water, the beds weren't clean, and the W.C. was broken and dirty. They even wanted to charge us for a two-year-old baby.

The breakfast was good, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. When we checked in, the room seemed clean, then I saw the carpet was covered in hair and dust, and the bed had body hair on it. We had booked at the last minute, so we had to stay. There are lots of hotels in the city centre at the same price, maybe even cheaper.

I spent three days in Mardin and had an amazing stay here. It may not look like a five-star hotel, but the place really delivered on everything. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with any questions, and it was very clean. I'd highly recommend staying here when visiting Mardin.
