Amphi

The reception staff were always lovely, and the hotel and room were brilliant. But the bar staff were rude. For three whole days, a guy stalked and threatened us, and the bar staff were giving him information about where we were and when we were checking out on our last day. We had to spend those three days at a different hotel to stay away.

We're heading home after another two weeks at the Amphi Apartments Marmaris. The apartments are lovely and clean, and the staff are fantastic as always. Maria on reception is really lovely and always ready to help. The maids do a brilliant job, and the pool bar staff are always friendly. Sunny, the bar manager and cook, is very nice and couldn't do enough for people. Thanks to everyone for a lovely stay. We're back in October, see you then.

We stayed for two weeks in a ground-floor end room next to the children's play area. The room was lovely, basic, and clean. The pool area was tidy, there was no fighting for sunbeds, and the bar staff were nice and friendly. We had to complain to Jet2 after four or five days because we still hadn't had fresh towels or bedding. The cleaners had tidied around the room but hadn't changed them. JET2 sorted it straight away, and after that we got fresh towels and bedding every few days. The hotel owner seemed very moody. We tried a bacon sandwich, chicken burger, and pizza, but none were the best, so we used Big Sef, who delivered to the hotel for free, or ate out. The hotel itself was lovely, and I'd return, but the management was a shame. I'd ask for a room at the front because some people stayed up until 3am, were a bit rowdy, and kept music playing, which disturbed our sleep where our room was.

The self-catering setup needed more basics: a toaster, microwave, extra plates and glasses, a can opener, bottle opener, and more mugs. The balcony table was too big to sit around comfortably, and I don’t think guests should have to pay for cleaning. The hotel itself was clean and modern, and the location was good. The staff made the trip for me. Ercan and the rest of the bar and pool team were brilliant and welcoming. Food came quickly and was nice, especially the chicken wraps. We had fun at the BBQ nights and pool party, and I even won bingo. Thanks for a great holiday 🤩
