The staff are nice and the hotel is clean, though it could use a facelift. Finding a sunbed in the sun was hard unless you were up before 5 in the morning. People put their towels down in the middle of the night.

The room was OK and the service was nice, but none of that helped when the holiday was horrible because I couldn’t sleep. The bar music was so loud it sounded like it was in our room. When I asked them to turn it down, they ignored me.

There were fights right outside our room, and we were on the third floor with a young child and no lift. They only allowed us one roll of toilet paper for the week. The room wasn’t cleaned for the last four days, yet they left a tip box in there every day. The staff were quite rude, the food wasn’t great, and the pool wasn’t much good either. Awful stay. I’d never come back.

We didn’t stay long enough to try the food. The apartment was shocking: its balcony looked onto shrubbery and trees growing in the seating area, and the door didn’t feel secure. There were no double beds anywhere in the complex. Staff were rude, the WiFi was poor, and the slides weren’t switched on at the times we’d been told they would be.

The hotel itself was OK, but the staff were so rude. They told my six-year-old son the waterslide was off for the day, then switched it back on after I’d changed him. They also gave me a bill for money added to a tab on the morning we were leaving. I’d said I would pay as I went, so I don’t understand how I had a tab. I’d never stay here again.
