We stayed for about two weeks, and I don’t understand the negative comments below. We paid no deposit before arriving and could cancel the room before taking it with no penalty. Mr Murat and his family welcomed us warmly. What we saw in the pictures was exactly what we got. The location is really good, about a five-minute walk from the beach and even closer to a couple of big supermarkets. Mr Murat was extremely friendly and gave us suggestions for beaches, places to eat, and prices to expect. He also helped us sort out our Pay Toll HGS problem at the municipality, since we hadn’t paid for HGS before arriving. Communication was perfect, which is notable because I’ve traveled in Turkey many times and many owners I met didn’t know English. I’ll definitely stay there again. The staff were outstanding, welcoming, and friendly, and the location was convenient for the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had an amazing experience and I definitely recommend this hotel. Mr. Murat, thank you for everything.

This is probably the most disgusting place to stay in Marmaris. It shouldn’t be called a hotel. It isn’t worth it even for free, and staying here would ruin your holiday. Really don’t recommend it. A rat hole.

Dirty, cramped room and an uncomfortable bed. No shampoo or hand cleaner. This isn't a hotel, just a really bad hostel.
