Nature Apart

I went with my wife, two children, and an infant, and this was the worst holiday I've had so far. The photos are misleading. On arrival, the toilet seats were broken, wires hung out of the walls, and the bed was broken and terrible. We had to pay extra for air conditioning, which didn't work properly. Our bins weren't emptied for three days and the sheets weren't changed for four. When I complained, I was asked what I expected. After that, staff avoided me, and when I asked for another room they said everything was booked. I asked them at least to clean our room, then reported the matter to loveholidays. At 00:30, after we got back from an excursion, the manager told us to leave. He was rude, shouting in front of my children and other guests, and wouldn't let me speak. I can't understand how he could ask my wife and me to leave after midnight with three children. We've stayed in many other three-star hotels and even those were clean. The way we were treated ruined the holiday. We missed our excursion to Rhodes the next day because it was too late to change the shuttle pickup address. My wife and kids were scared. I've never been treated like this.

We only lasted one night and had to book somewhere else. Budget or not, you'd expect clean, tidy accommodation, and I think the photos misrepresent the place. In the kitchen, a plug socket was hanging off the wall with wires exposed. In the bathroom, a socket attached to a hairdryer was completely off the wall, also exposing wires. Water on the shower room floor wouldn't drain. The next door AC unit made noise all day and night.

We’ve just returned from two weeks here and will definitely go back. Mehmet, Isa, and the chef couldn't do enough for us. Our rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh sheets and towels. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, and I've stayed in places that were both better and worse. But nowhere has welcomed us like this. It feels as if we're all family.

The treatment was very bad, and the rooms weren't clean.
