Prime Beach Resort

My husband and I loved this hotel so much when we stayed for a week last year that we’re coming back in two weeks for another two-week stay. The beach is right next door, and we loved being close to all the shops. We even made two new friends who we still keep in touch with. The room was very clean. There isn’t much storage, but that didn’t bother us. The friendly housekeepers came every day. There was a good range of food, and even my husband, who’s very fussy with food, found something to eat. Staff from reception to the bars and catering were welcoming. My husband loved sitting down and having them know our drinks. We enjoyed the entertainment, with something different every night. I don’t understand some of the reviews. These people work hard, and if you speak to them, they’ll speak back. We loved this hotel and can’t wait to return in two weeks.

There’s entertainment during the day and at night, and kids are always welcome to join in. The food is fresh, great quality, and there’s a big range for all kinds of diets. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nino was a fantastic entertainer, always cheerful, energetic, and good with the kids. Mesut took great photos and made sure they’d be good memories to keep. The hotel was very clean, with staff always ready to deal with spills. The resort has great facilities, including a spa, gym, nightclub, and coffee shop. The private beach and pier have beautiful views.

The younger members of the entertainment team brought good energy, and the evening shows were fun. We saw Colombian and Asian dancers, an African singing band, and some good old karaoke. The one staff issue was the head guy on the entertainment team. He seemed very odd and gave mean-girl vibes. If he saw you talking to someone else, he’d get ignorant and give you the cold shoulder. It didn’t feel nice. We had a lovely experience at the spa. Chicco was a pure soul and a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to make my birthday good. There’s an indoor pool, fish pedicure, Turkish baths, and other things, so I’d recommend going in to have a look. The food was good and inclusive, with nice breakfast options and a wide continental selection even though they don’t serve pork. We ate here two or three times a day. There was a free ice cream guy, and the waiters were polite, friendly, and offered drinks whenever you sat down. The private beach was clean and peaceful when we visited in late April. It was well looked after, had lots of sunbeds and photo props, and plenty of chances for a good selfie. The best part of our holiday was the prime beach photoshop. Sedar and salih, in mint or turquoise tops, were so down to earth, friendly, welcoming, polite, helpful, and easy to talk to. They made our holiday, and without them we wouldn’t have had half as good a time. They’re professional photographers and took amazing pictures of us. They also arrange special occasions, including private beach hire and a lovely setup on the pier. There’s an eye iris Photo Booth run by deniz, the boss. He seemed nice and very chill, though I didn’t get to talk to him much. We plan to come back in the very near future, hopefully in September, mainly because of their chat and the fun they brought. We’ve already planned to stay in touch. Thank you both for making our holiday so special and leaving such a lasting impression. You both deserve a pay raise. There’s much more I could say, but my fingers hurt now. So yes, I recommend this holiday. But if you’re rude and miserable, don’t come. These people are just doing their jobs and don’t deserve the rudeness they get from typical English people and others.

My five-day stay was a complete nightmare. We spent most of our time outside the hotel so the children could still enjoy their holiday. If I’d been able to get a refund and move somewhere else, I would have done so immediately. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise families to avoid this place. The rooms were small, extremely dirty, and claustrophobic. The air conditioning was faulty, the balcony door was broken and difficult to close properly, and the old beds felt unhygienic. Housekeeping was practically nonexistent. Rooms stayed dirty for days, floors were sticky and uncleaned, and there didn’t seem to be any meaningful cleaning. Staff were mostly rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. They often ignored guests or said they didn’t speak English to end the conversation. Plates were cleared while guests were still eating, which is poor etiquette. I came with my sister and our children, aged 4 to 6, but staff showed no interest in the kids or inviting them to activities. They just walked past and ignored us. The atmosphere felt intimidating, especially at the bars, where staff stared instead of greeting or serving us in a friendly way. We didn’t feel comfortable using the bars. Food was repetitive and monotonous, with the same choices at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including grill dishes and snacks. In my opinion, this property doesn’t deserve even one star, let alone the five it claims.
