The room felt pretty depressing, with dated, bare-bones furnishings and bedding. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, so keep that in mind. Cooking is limited to a cheap two-ring Belling-style hob and a kettle, with no oven. It might work if all you need is a bed, but although the price is low, the basic setup may send you out spending more than expected.

I've been back to these apartments for three years now, and honestly think they're the best in Marmaris. The food is lovely and the staff are amazing, they made our holiday special. I've booked again for 2026 and can't wait.

The staff were fantastic with families and were always offering food and drinks by the pool. There was a huge choice of great food, even a Sunday roast, and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, with the maids coming in every day, and the supermarket and taxi ranks weren't far away. It's a quiet set of apartments, about a ten-minute walk from the beach and a few miles from the marina. We walked to Icmeler and back, about 10 miles in all, and found it safe and easy. The local bus is near the beach and costs £1 each way. Would recommend.

The pool was a big hit with the kids, especially the slide, and we easily found three sunbeds. We spent most of the day there, then went back to our apartment to shower. The water pressure was so strong that washing my very thick hair took about 25 minutes instead of my usual hour, and it was almost dry by the time I got dressed. There's a great shopping and dining area just a one or two minute walk away. We went out shopping after breakfast, and the food and service in the morning were both really good and quick. Later, dinner had a huge variety and came out fast too. The night scene was lively, and the sky looked lovely. We sat on the balcony for a while before bed, after a great night's sleep. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family and check-in was quick. The rooms were great, with a nicely sized balcony and amazing views. Marmaris feels very different from the UK. Definitely going to visit again. We love you, SEDA APARTMENTS! ❤️❤️❤️

I was warm and had quite a lot to drink, but the boss woman, her husband and the staff were lovely and a lot of fun. Their dog Coffee was so cute. I'd bring my grandson back when he's a bit older. My luggage didn't arrive with me, which was the only downside, but these things happen and hopefully I'll get it back. ♥️♥️
