Sesin Hotel

For $100, this is a very basic hotel, nowhere near four stars, two at most. The room didn't even have complimentary water, and the pillows were very firm. Breakfast was sparse, with no omelet or fried eggs, and some utensils were dirty. On the plus side, it has its own beach about 5-7 minutes away, and the reception staff were friendly. Most of the guests were locals.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Ibrahim the waiter deserves special praise, and when we checked out, the friendly receptionist offered to drive us to our next hotel after we asked for a taxi. We had booked a week, then extended our holiday by another week, but couldn't stay here because the hotel was closing. It's a small hotel, and there weren't many guests because Turkey had come off the corridor list. Food choices were limited but fine, and the soup was delicious every day. The pool was really cold since it only gets a few hours of sun. The hotel's private beach was just a two-minute walk away, with very comfortable sofas. If you want a small hotel with great service, this is the place.

There was a big cockroach in our room. The bed sheets and blankets were very old and damaged, and they never changed the towels. There was no wifi in the rooms, only very weak internet downstairs. They also didn't provide water in the rooms.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, but the staff left us very disappointed. They were rude and arrogant, especially at reception. Housekeeping left just one towel for two people, never replaced the toilet roll unless we asked, and left our ground-floor balcony door wide open after cleaning, so anyone could have got in. Asking for towels or toilet roll seemed to be a huge bother. They'd say someone would bring them in 10-15 minutes, but we had to ask three times before anything arrived. For a four-star hotel, the food wasn't impressive either. It seemed like leftovers from the previous night's dinner and never felt fresh. I won't stay here again or recommend it.
