For what we paid, four stars feels right. The hotel was clean and pleasant, with a pool and lots of parking, and the staff were lovely. Its location made it easy to get around Marmaris on foot: the seafront was only a few minutes away, with all kinds of restaurants and shops within a couple hundred meters. Our room had simple, basic furniture. The bed was a real problem for me, though. I'm quite tall, and it was too short, while the mattress felt extremely hard.

The walk into the city center took about 10 minutes, which was convenient. The bigger hassle was paying: their card machine seemed to take only 900 lira at a time, while one night's room cost more than that, so for several nights you'd need multiple transactions and could face extra bank fees. My Master Card might not work there either, so paying the full amount in cash could be a real pain. The kitchen was worn, and the cupboard doors wouldn't shut properly. Staff didn't seem very welcoming and often avoided eye contact.

The owners looked after us really well, and I'd definitely come back. It's a very nice apart hotel, with a small but clean and lovely pool. The owners are kind and helpful people, and I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

It's an easy walk to the harbor and shopping areas, and there's a supermarket about 200 meters away if you want to cook. The apartments are cozy, the pool is nice, and the staff are really friendly. The kitchen is simple but has what you need; there's air conditioning and the rain showers are great. We also liked sitting out on the little patio or balcony in the evening. A great choice if you don't plan to spend much time in the apartment.
