The pool was really clean and nice, and the apartment was close to everything. But we booked for six people, three in each room, and one person ended up with a sturdy couch instead of a bed. There were two friendly, helpful staff members, though the third, at reception, wasn’t welcoming. We also had to keep asking for toilet paper and towels. They wouldn’t bring them unless we went through the hassle of requesting them.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed from December 29 to January 11. They asked us to pay for a month and also leave a deposit for water and electricity, and we paid without arguing. But the security guard got into our room and ate our food. When we asked to get the deposit back at the congress, we ended up dealing with the police over the issue.

I was there for one night, and it was the worst night of my life. The room smelled, the couches were stained, and the toilet paper had already been used. There was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. The rooms were filthy, and the other guests were disrespectful, though the staff weren’t. If I’d been staying longer, I probably would’ve gone to maxx royal or somewhere like that.

I paid £49 in total for the VIP spa treatment and add-ons, but I felt rushed and fobbed off with tasters. Honestly, it felt like services were being mis-sold. I’m a masseuse myself and know what a treatment should be. I usually go for deep tissue, so I’m giving it 4 stars.

Really enjoyed the Turkish bath and oil massage. The service was very good.
