You can see the slopes from the room, and the views are great. The hotel's location right by the slopes makes renting reasonably priced skis and walking to the lifts easy. It feels old-fashioned, almost like being in the 80s. The buffet isn't large, but the food tastes good. For this location, the hotel offers very good prices. Another plus is that they serve alcohol, unlike some hotels nearby.

The restaurant was the exception, the guys there really tried hard, and the Chef is a genius. Elsewhere, the facilities, furniture, and bathroom equipment were quite old. I'd give the place and service around 3 stars overall, and the staff only started doing their jobs properly after a 10 euro starter.

The service was awful. They left us waiting outside in the snow and cold, and nobody answered reception when we called for nearly two hours. They weren't helpful at all. There was no kettle or anything in the room, and the place was extremely expensive, definitely not worth it.

It's a friendly place at a reasonable price. The meals aren't the best, but if you're planning to spend more time skiing than eating or hanging around indoors, it's a good option.

Clean rooms, great service, and a perfect kitchen. The location is excellent too. I'd especially recommend a room looking out over Erciyes mountain.
