The food at half board was really tasty, and the staff were friendly. We also liked having the ski rental right next door. The hotel has a small pool and free saunas, with massages and a Turkish bath available for an extra charge. It’s a newly opened hotel for the 2025/2026 season, and they’re improving the service day by day. Our room was warm and comfortable, with a small fridge and a Nespresso machine. We really enjoyed the ski holiday arranged by Cedok travel agency.

After a full day on the slopes, the spa was such a refreshing place to spend time. The spa area, Turkish hammam and sauna were all clean, relaxing and well kept. Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional, and the prices felt fair. I had a wonderful holiday here and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfort and a chance to unwind. ❄️✨💆♀️🔥🌟

The restaurant and SPA staff gave us such great service that we felt like we were staying in a 6* luxury hotel. It has a boutique feel, and the team really wants to make your stay a great experience. Everything was very clean, and the furniture, trinkets and equipment were all high standard.

The sauna after skiing was the best part, and the food was excellent. It’s very close to the ski lifts, and the fireplace makes the place feel especially cozy. The hotel is modern and very nice, with kind, helpful people across reception, service, the restaurant, wellness and room service.

Everything felt high class, from the rooms and food to the service. Tolga made the stay especially pleasant. I’d definitely recommend it!
