The room view was lovely, and there are lots of places to sit and wait around the hotel. Rooms were clean, the service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food felt home-cooked and fairly healthy, with plenty to choose from, including vegan options. For the price, it compares really well with nearby hotels. It's affordable and covers the basics, so it's a good budget pick for skiing. You can get up early, have breakfast, and head straight to the slopes. I'd definitely come back.

Asalammualaikum wrbt. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was great too. The location made things easy: the ski slopes and sledge-riding slope are nearby, and you can walk to the mosque, resort, and places to eat. For more food shops, walk 500m to 1km to the right of the hotel. You can rent equipment across the road, and hotel guests can get a discount at Zumrut Rental.

Breakfast was really good, and the price was the best reasonable one in the area. The rooms and bathrooms were elegant and very clean. The receptionist and hotel management were lovely and helpful, even lending us their own chargers when we realized our three-pin plugs wouldn't fit. A really memorable stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The owner and staff were so kind to me and my baby, and the service was great. Food was good too, and the price felt fair. The hotel is right across the street from the equipment rentals and the mountain lift, so it's totally worth it.

Everyone was super welcoming and ready to help, and the hotel felt very family-oriented. The ski shop inside, “Deep Up,” had top-brand gear at nice, fair prices, and the whole family enjoyed the trip. The food was amazing, authentic, and heartwarming. This was my second trip to Erciyes, and we came as a family to ski. I was really pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and being able to walk to both the slope and the lift made the location perfect. Highly recommended.
