The staff were nice, but the poor condition of the facilities made this bad value for the money. The linens looked used, the couch was dirty, and there was mold you could see. The fridge was very old, there were oil marks on some corners of the walls, and no toiletries were provided. Cleanliness and upkeep were far below what I expected.

A bad experience. I had to stay at the residence for three nights during the earthquake. The rooms were barely clean. After two days, we asked the receptionist to have them cleaned, but the cleaner only sprayed air freshener and left the towels unchanged. When I wanted to extend my stay, they offered me a price higher than the one I could get through online booking.

The service and cleaning were both very good, and it was a comfortable hotel to stay in.

The place wasn't clean, and the receptionist wasn't very cooperative.
