Dorel The Hotel

I like it!

Great service and fair prices.

Wouldn’t recommend it.

We ended up here in a hurry one rainy evening in Mersin, trusting some reviews. When we got to the room, there were two towels spread on the floor by the window. We didn’t think much of it at first, but once the rain picked up, water came in through both the ceiling and the window until the room was flooded. We told reception. They said someone would come right away, but we waited almost 10 minutes. When they finally came, they looked around and offered another room. We didn’t want to stay and asked for a refund. They refused, speaking in what we felt was a threatening and dismissive way, and said the owner would cause a scene if he came. They never refunded us or even apologized. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The staff were incredibly rude and seemed completely unaware of their responsibilities. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
