The location is convenient, close to the shopping centre, but that was the only good part for me. The rooms face another building, the team seemed unprofessional, and there’s no sound insulation, so you can hear everything. The windows don’t close, either. There was obvious makeup residue on the pillows, lots of hair on the floor and sheet, and the quilts were bloody. When we asked for cleaning, they only made the bed and took out the garbage. The bathroom door looked as if someone had peed on it, and the bathrooms are rusty. I also found a tea bag inside the kettle, so it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The yogurt at breakfast with zucchini and carrot tasted very sour and looked spoiled.

I traveled solo and found the location perfect, the prices great, and the staff attentive and hardworking. I did run into a few problems during my stay, but they were always sorted out. The staff did a great job with their hospitality. I’d just suggest checking the condition of each room once more before assigning it to a guest. Apart from that, 10/10.

A lovely city hotel, especially for its staff and open buffet breakfast room.

The staff were friendly and the place was really nice. The price felt a little high, but it was well worth it.
