Quiet rooms made it easy to relax, even though Radisson Hotel Mersin is near a main road. There was no noise inside the hotel or by the pool, and I could work comfortably on my laptop thanks to a proper desk, lighting, and chair. The beds were cozy, the linen fresh, and the curtains helped make for a great night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel was spotless, with thoughtful details throughout, including plenty of conveniently placed mirrors, excellent air conditioning, floors that didn't have the usual cold tile feel, and bathroom facilities that all worked flawlessly. The pool was clean and pleasant for swimming, and the SPA was lovely. The massage therapists were excellent too. Breakfast was included, fresh, and plentiful, with a wide choice of dishes. Everything I tried was varied and delicious, and there were coffee options for everyone, from Turkish coffee to drinks freshly made by the machine. The cozy atmosphere was another pleasure. Everything was top-notch, and I sincerely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Radisson Hotel in Mersin for two days with my family, and enjoyed every moment. The hospitality was excellent, and I got great service and quality from the stay. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort along with a high level of service and quality.

The room was really comfortable, and the service made me very happy. Everyone was welcoming, especially Mustafa bay, who was kind and cooperative throughout our stay. I loved the general atmosphere and would definitely come again. Thanks to the wonderful staff.

The area around the hotel connects easily to the rest of the city, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was so, so good, and everything else was perfect. It was definitely a 10/10 stay. All the staff were warm, especially Oyku at reception. Thank you very much!

After a month of disappointing hotel stays, Radisson felt like a breath of fresh air. We finally felt relaxed and at home. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, with lots of choices, and the staff were professional, kind, and always willing to help. Their care made us feel valued. We spent almost two months in Mersin and tried several hotels, including Hilton and Divan. Sadly, neither lived up to expectations: the cleanliness fell short and the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Moving to Radisson changed things immediately. It was spotless, with modern, comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend it if you're planning a stay in Mersin. It's the only hotel where we found both quality and genuine hospitality, making our stay memorable.
