The room you assigned me was filthy, so I spent maybe half an hour or an hour there in total and was outside the rest of the time. Check the camera footage for when I checked in and how long I stayed. You claim I was there for 10 hours, but I didn't sleep in your beds. I pulled off the blankets so you could see how disgraceful the room was. I took a pillow, maybe to sleep on, but it wasn't even safe to do that. You say the sheets were clean, but why did you admit they were dirty and change them? You also say you were polite. When I asked to move rooms and the employee beside you offered one, why did you wink and say there were no rooms available? Are you the clean manager? Your rooms and establishment are a disgrace. You manipulate people by replying to comments here. Don't think I'll stay quiet or let this go. I'll complain to the relevant authorities and do what's necessary. May every penny of that money be cursed, you disgraceful people.

The staff treated customers disrespectfully, and the rooms and service were appalling. It's the worst place I've ever stayed. The rooms smell, and the combined bathroom and toilet leave the toilet soaking wet. There are no carpets, towels, toilet paper, or hairdryer. They'll provide things if you ask, except for a hairdryer, but there's no room cleaning. The whole place feels dingy.

From the reviews, it sounds like people choose this place to fit their budget. Problems can happen at more affordable places, so I think some criticism of the business is unfair. I don't know the place myself, but the owner's replies made me laugh because he explains everything. I'm not sure what kind of service some guests expect.

The way they spoke to me was inhumane, and the prices weren't consistent, with each person staying in the rooms charged differently. I stayed one day, but the room smelled of cigarettes and the shower head was broken. When I wanted to leave the next day, they demanded a full day's payment because it was past noon, even though I hadn't stayed. A complete disgrace. I definitely don't recommend it.
