Such a lovely place 😍

Just perfect 👍

No.

We ended up here for two nights during the holiday rush because we couldn't find another place. The spot beside the white water and the garden are lovely, but the management was awful, and the garden had even been leased to another business. We were glad we'd only booked bed and breakfast, since the service and cleanliness were nowhere near acceptable. It was a very disappointing stay, far below what we expected. The pool was closed despite being advertised, and the area around it was shabby and neglected. Our room was dirty, especially the bathroom and toilet. The breakfast was poor and identical each day, with what seemed to be leftovers from the day before. The tomatoes and cucumbers were wilted, and I could only hope they were just two days old. Sound traveled badly between rooms. We heard people talking, crying, and shouting next door, and once woke up thinking a phone vibrating in the next room was in ours. The worst part came while we were asleep, when another guest opened our room door from inside. They'd been given the room next door and got confused by the strange numbering, apparently because nobody showed them where to go. We were shocked. Every key seemed to open every room, so there was no real privacy or security. It was our last night, thankfully, and the next morning staff blamed the other customer and asked how they could have mixed up the rooms. There were only a male and a female employee around. The woman looked at everyone as if asking why we'd come. It was a very bad experience, like paying to be humiliated.
