The staff made our stay especially nice. Everyone was warm, helpful, and greeted us with a smile, so we felt welcome the whole time. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and in great shape, just as we expected. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back.

Friendly staff and excellent service made the stay even better. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and felt luxurious. I'd happily stay here again.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were lovely, and the room was spotless, with all the personal hygiene items provided. I'm fussy about cleanliness, but felt completely comfortable. We stayed one night in May as part of our tour company's package. If I return to Mardin with my family, this is where I'd stay first. Wishing you continued success.
