The employees were super respectful, and my room faced the Marmara sea. It’s a beautiful place for a short stay.

The staff were great, and for the price the stay was still okay. Breakfast was cold and seemed to have been sitting out for hours. The bed was curved, lower in the middle than at the sides, so I kept sliding into the middle and found it uncomfortable. The elevator wasn’t working either.

The food was delicious, and the hotel bar was very nice. You can also walk around to find different restaurants and bars. The hotel seems to have a great view, but the main building is set farther back. Our room was on the top floor, and it was very dark with just a small window.

I stayed one night, from Saturday to Sunday, 27 august 2022. Check-in was at 2 PM, and I arrived around 2:10, but had to wait nearly an hour in the lobby before the room was ready. When I was finally able to go in and head to the swimming pool, I was told the pool area would close at 4 PM because of an event. As a hotel guest, I couldn’t use the pool and facilities I’d paid for. The rooms on the third floor were dark and depressing, and didn’t look like the advertised photos. My room wasn’t very clean, and the internet was very bad. Never again. The treatment of guests felt unfair and very unprofessional.

The room was dirty, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the shower in R.416 didn’t work. What I saw when I arrived was very different from what appeared during the online booking.
