The hotel feels very old, and you can hear the wooden floors creaking loudly whenever someone walks inside, which made it hard to sleep. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and lots of bugs. The rooms had a slight smoke smell, the front desk communication was poor, and breakfast was bad. It may be rated four stars, but it didn’t feel like one. Nice place, badly managed, and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Good location, but the breakfast was rubbish and the management was poor. For a place meant to be a four-star boutique hotel, it really needs modernising. Shame.

We were told at check-in, around 7:30 PM, that changing the sheets, pillowcases, and towels would take about 20 minutes. Instead, we were effectively stuck in the room until 9 PM, and when nobody had come back, we eventually went out. The room was filthy and looked carelessly prepared, with everything feeling unhygienic. There were obvious marks that looked like vomit or blood on the bed, and the previous guest’s rubbish was still in the bathroom. This boutique hotel was disgusting. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.
