The location is the only good thing here. Nobody was there to greet us, and although the rooms looked new, the bed was old and creaked so loudly that we couldn’t sleep, even when just moving a foot. The sheets were awful. We asked for a duvet and got one with footprints on it, and the towels had greasy stains. The place was dirty, and I wouldn’t recommend it. You’ll waste your money. There are much nicer hotels nearby. Pay a little more and sleep without itching or listening to creaking all night.

It looks newly built, but the rooms are missing desks, TVs, wardrobes, and mini-fridges. There is a balcony, though it’s tiny and not much use. With so little in the rooms, the price doesn’t feel reasonable.

We only stayed because nowhere else was available. The hotel was really dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom smelled awful, and the toilet and bathroom were caked in limescale. We didn’t even use the towels. They’d spoken highly of Trilye, but there was nothing there worth the trip, neither the shops nor the general atmosphere.

We left at 4:30 in the morning because we didn’t want our 2.5-year-old baby to get cold. We’d been told the radiators would heat the room, but they didn’t. Afterward, they said nobody uses the radiators and the air conditioning was enough. It ran all night and still wasn’t sufficient. The beds were very noisy, and there was hair in the bathroom when we went on November 20th. I absolutely won’t go back.
