I needed a room for the night because of an emergency. I hadn’t planned to stay in Mugla, so I couldn’t book earlier, but the staff kept insisting I should have made a reservation during the day. I tried to explain that I would have if I could. Instead, I got lectured by a very rude, condescending staff member. Thank you very much!

I waited 30 minutes for the receptionist to help me, and when I asked again, she nearly scolded me. She was unfriendly and a bit rude. I lost an hour and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any of my international friends who come here regularly.

The rooms were clean and cozy, and the service was good. Best of all, the staff and other people there were nice. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
