Mavilu Luxury Hotel Bodrum

We absolutely loved the staff. Everyone was discreet, attentive, helpful, and always happy to smile and chat. Emre and Gurkan deserve a special mention for their kindness and excellent customer service, and they always made sure we were okay. We wanted a quiet, relaxing, classy holiday, and this hotel fit perfectly. The elegant, understated design was lovely, and even the cheapest rooms had plenty of space, Missoni toiletries, an iron and ironing board, and a spacious bed with pristine bedline. The food was freshly prepared, and we ate here most nights because both the meals and atmosphere were amazing. The pool was always clean, the view of the castle and harbour was breathtaking, and the chill-out music never jarred. Bodrum harbour was pleasant, with great eateries among the usual tourist fake clothes and bags you see everywhere now. We adored the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, and the hospitality was great. Small, clean, exclusive, and the best boutique hotel I’ve ever visited. Wonderful people.

My room was spacious and well kept, and the views from the hotel were top of the line. Customer service was excellent too. The hotel is near the marina and shopping, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight.

The only good thing was the view from the room. Hospitality was awful, there was hardly any staff, and no food after 4pm. It felt like we were paying to have a hard time. Guys, try smiling at your guests instead of being so rude.
