We were left with a damaged car, a lost deposit, a ruined holiday, and the awful feeling of having been trapped. We cannot recommend this accommodation for either safety or professionalism. The place we were given bore no resemblance to our original booking, so we had to find somewhere else more than an hour's drive away. The host then tried to stop us leaving, pushed me, and threw himself onto our car, tearing off a windshield wiper and using it to hit the vehicle. We had to stay composed through this aggressive, bewildering behavior. The host had also offered a hot air balloon ride for €200 per person, though the same service was easily available elsewhere for about €80. We are convinced the situation escalated because we refused to book the ride through him.

We ended up with a damaged vehicle, a lost deposit, a ruined vacation, and a very unpleasant sense of being held hostage. We absolutely don't recommend this place for reasons of safety and reliability. The accommodation we were given didn't match our booking at all, which meant looking for another place over an hour's drive away. The host then tried to keep us from leaving, shoved me, and lunged at our vehicle, tearing off a windshield wiper and hitting the bodywork. We had to keep calm in the face of this violent, completely incomprehensible situation. The hot air balloon flight was offered as an extra at €200 per person, even though it was readily available elsewhere for €80. We have every reason to believe the trouble began because we refused to book it through him.
