I loved starting the day with coffee on the terrace, looking over Mustafapaşa and spotting balloons in the distance. The shared breakfast area is cozy too, and a lovely spot to spend time together in the evening. I stayed with my team during the Cappadocia Ultra Trail, and this peaceful village hotel turned out to be a great choice. It's close to Ürgüp but still offers the calm and space needed for proper rest. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hosts are wonderful. We even celebrated a friend's birthday here with guitar music and cake. It felt warm and memorable.

Mustafapasa is a hidden gem, with fewer tourists than the other towns, and this hotel is within walking distance of its main spots. It gives you a genuine sense of Cappadocia and is a great base in town. Ortahisar, by the way, isn't where to go for balloon viewing, but it does offer a feel for real Cappadocia and its culture and lifestyle. This was one of my most comfortable stays in Cappadocia. Tayfur, the host and owner, is friendly and professional. It's a family-run place that works for families and solo travelers alike.

Miglena and Segvin were amazing hosts, and the price was very good. Our room was spacious and cool, a welcome escape from the blazing summer heat. The area is quiet, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby serving great food at reasonable prices. I highly recommend the Turkish Night they take you to. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Cappadocia.

I found this to be one of the most comfortable places I've stayed in Cappadocia. Tayfur, who owns and hosts at the hotel, is friendly and professional, and it's a family-run business suitable for a family trip or a solo stay. The main spots in Mustafapasa are within walking distance, and the town feels like genuine Cappadocia. It's a hidden gem, less touristy than the other towns. One note: Ortahisar isn't the spot for watching balloons, but it's a good place to experience Cappadocia's culture and way of life.
