The hotel looks really nice and the staff are friendly, but we had some problems. Whenever anyone used water in the hotel, there was a really loud noise. We only found a dirty blanket in the closet, with no duvet or other cover, and in the morning the water was cold.

The rooms are new and well maintained, and the staff are welcoming and very helpful. It's a very clean hotel with a good balance between price and service. If we visit Nazilli again, we'd choose it.

The hotel is clean, and the food is delicious. My favorite hotel in Nazilli, best ever.

I don't think the place matches the photos, which makes me wonder if some of the reviews are fake. It appears rich and fancy in the pictures, but the materials are cheap and some things are worn or already coming apart. The bed linen looked old and stained, even if it had been washed, and the floor hadn't been vacuumed. Things in the bathroom were falling apart too. It's definitely not what the photos show.

We were very happy with Dilek's friendly, responsive help with everything we asked for during our family's wedding stay. The cleaning and kitchen staff were friendly as well, and quickly took care of our needs. The hotel is near the center, the rooms were clean, and the beds were really comfortable. If we come through again, this is the only hotel we'll stay at. Thanks for everything.
