Crowne Plaza Cappadocia - Nevsehir by IHG

The location is great, and the room wasn’t bad, but cold air came through the closed windows. The light buttons didn’t work properly and needed several presses, and the carpet wasn’t very clean. The hotel gets very busy with tour groups, so the noise and people could be a lot. We had people knock on our door early in the morning after mistaking it for theirs, rude people in the elevator, and lots of noise at the restaurant. The restaurant food was so-so, and the buffet was replenished only once, so the choices dwindled over time. You may find a better place in the area, though perhaps not at the same price.

Miss Tugba at reception was especially kind and welcoming, and she made my stay much better. The staff were friendly and focused on service, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned daily when I requested it with the button in the room, which was convenient. I enjoyed the restaurant food and the free breakfast included in my package. The hotel’s a good fit if you’re more interested in shopping than sightseeing, though the main attractions are still close and easy to reach. My stay at Crowne Plaza was very pleasant, and for future stays I’ll choose the Nevşehir Crowne Plaza over Istanbul.

Ms. Berfin from Guest Relations and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome throughout. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices, and Ms. Fatima from the breakfast team was especially kind. We had a great time thanks to the wonderful service and will definitely return for another trip 💙

We spent seven days here and had a wonderful stay. The room we were assigned was lovely and spacious, and the check-in staff were very nice. Having a large mall connected to the hotel was handy. We could choose either or both dinner locations with our lounge access. The downstairs restaurant was excellent, with a big buffet for breakfast and dinner, and we also enjoyed a delicious meal at the rooftop restaurant. Enes always made sure we had drinks and whatever else we needed. He was very helpful and always smiling. Tuğba at the front desk was another standout. She handled our reservations, tour coordination, and several changes patiently, and greeted us with a big smile.
