The cat was adorable, and the staff were all kind, friendly, and helpful. Seda Nur at reception and Ömer especially helped make our stay pleasant. The hotel isn’t actually a cave hotel, but it’s still a comfortable, nice place. Breakfast is basic and being served in the room for now while the terrace is under maintenance. I booked a balloon ride, ATV tour, and private underground city tour through the hotel, and found the prices reasonable. I used other agencies for a few activities because their rates were a little lower. Overall, it was a good experience.

The rooftop was just a few steps away and gave us a good spot to watch the balloons. We went up every day, and on another outing walked to the hill behind the hotel for a different view. It’s quiet, and only a few minutes from the center. Nur and Aminah, the housekeepers, were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of variety and good flavor. The room and shower were small, but fine for the price. I’d give it 4.5 stars, though there was an issue with the toilet bowl, and the Wi-Fi was down for three days of our stay.

The terrace has great views of Gerome, and the location is good. We’ve never had a better breakfast in Turkey. Mr Smiles was funny and welcoming, and made us feel at home and our stay much more enjoyable. Greetings from Australia.

The hotel has two terraces with lovely scenery and balloon views, and it’s in a great spot for exploring the area. I stayed three days with my one-year-old, and it was very baby-friendly, with all the facilities we needed. Communication was easy and they replied quickly. The staff were always smiling and ready to help, and breakfast had a great menu and atmosphere. When our shuttle arrived at 8:00 PM, they kindly let me and my baby wait on the terrace and gave us complimentary tea. The Wi-Fi was excellent too.

We were within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. Service and communication were always prompt, and our room was restocked daily with fresh towels and everything else. Breakfast was buffet style, with several tasty options.
