The room was basic and the fridge wasn’t working, but it was clean and the team were welcoming. Free Wi-Fi in the room was a real plus, and it was very fast. I also appreciated the on-site parking. Breakfast had a good mix of fresh choices and hot dishes.

Bosra was working reception on 29th April 2026 during my stay. She listened carefully to my questions about the internet and other things, then answered cheerfully and helped sort them out. She made me feel very welcome and went out of her way to help guests. A first class member of staff.

We didn’t feel safe with the door. It was hard to close and needed a really forceful push, and we were told that once it shut, it couldn’t be opened from inside.

The food selection is quite broad, though I would have liked a spicy chili sauce. For the room, toothbrushes and toothpaste should be provided without having to ask at reception, and the TV could use an upgrade so the channels come in clearly. Still, it’s a good option for a stay in Bursa, Turkey.

The room was alright, and the food was just so-so, nothing special. The restaurant service wasn’t friendly, especially the manager, who didn’t smile at all. They should also make it clear whether mineral water is charged, since some bottles aren’t free.
