8/10
The price seemed reasonable, and we booked around 5 o'clock, I think. We parked in the car spot, but they asked to keep our key, which I didn't like. The breakfast bar looked appealing and had lots of choices, but when we tried things, they seemed old. Maybe that was because the hotel was probably under 50% full and couldn't keep the food fresh. There were two of us, but only one set of blankets and towels in the room, so we had to call for another. Management needs to improve.

The rooms are good quality, including the ones for smokers, and breakfast is good too.

The food is awful, and the rooms aren't comfortable. You could go hungry here. This disgusting hotel doesn't even deserve one star. They also treat employees like slaves and don't pay their salaries. Please don't stay here if you don't want cruel people like this to make money.

10/10
The family room was spacious, and breakfast was really decent. Staff and manager were excellent, spoke great English, and were very helpful. The bathrooms are very small, which was the only slight downside. It's in a lively student area full of shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, and it worked great for a stopover near Bursa. The hotel itself was really nice and clean.

The location was the best part, with a masjid across the street and a huge market, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores within walking distance. For the price, you get fair value, but the place isn't well maintained. The furniture was old and stained, there was no duvet cover on our comforter, and the safe didn't work on the first day. A technician came and fixed it the next day.
