Queen Suites was clean and smelled fresh, and the service was friendly. I'm satisfied, and very grateful to the team.

The owner was helpful whenever we needed something and tried to find solutions. My parents and I were really pleased with our stay. We had the basics we needed, and the rooms were comfortable, neat, and clean. The bathrooms and toilets were clean too, which mattered a lot to us. The balcony was a nice place to sit and had a calm, relaxing feel. We'd choose this place again if we return to Bursa, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting clean, comfortable, safe accommodation.

At first the suite looked clean and comfortable, so it was a huge letdown. There were four of us stopping to rest during a long drive, and the suite had two bathrooms. One person took a 5-minute shower, then the water went ice cold. We had to wait more than an hour for the thermostat to heat it again. What nonsense. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location is fantastic, and the rooms are luxurious and spotlessly clean. If you go, look for Mustafa. He's kind and helpful, available 24/7, and will help with whatever you need, including the price.

The service is excellent. Mr. Mustafa is a wonderful person, and I'd especially like to thank him. I highly recommend meeting him when you visit.
