The room was very nice and spacious, with a separate living room and a huge balcony. The top floors have the best views, though there's no lift.

A good-value hotel with nice apartments and friendly, wonderful staff. It suits families well and is kid-friendly.

The staff were excellent, apart from the manager. The waiters were so good I wished they were the owners. The food selection was limited, there was no fish, and once something ran out they didn't refill it. Everything at the beach cost extra, even water. The sea was very rocky and hard on your feet. The shuttle to the beach only runs once a day, leaving at 9 am and returning at 4:30 pm. It drops you practically on top of a mountain, and the road between there and the hotel is winding and mountainous, taking an hour. We paid 36,000 TL for three days, which was far too much. Even 10,000 TL would be excessive for this place. I've stayed in a nearby guesthouse with a pool for 3000 TL that was still better. I'd suggest a regular guesthouse and eating out instead. I definitely don't recommend this place, so don't waste your money.

The staff were excellent and did their jobs well. They were the only reason we didn't leave earlier. But the ladies' beach has lost its food and other services, and everything now seems to be about money, thanks to the owner. We visited a week ago as a family and left disappointed. Two years ago, the amenities, rooms, surroundings and restaurant cleanliness were all great. This time the place felt neglected and unhygienic. I hope it can regain its old atmosphere and order soon. Conservative places like this shouldn't close, and those of us who can't go everywhere expect better service. Zehra Hotel, please bring back your old energy and keep Mr. Anar, the artist who performs during the season :)))
