Fethiye Onno Villa

We went a month ago and found the villa clean and spacious, so I was surprised to see reviews from four years ago calling it dirty. The whole week flew by. Everything in the large villa seemed well thought out. The pool was bigger than I expected, and it was great to have a children's pool as well as an adult one. The main pool was really big too. It was cleaned every day. 👍

Friends, don't come here. We usually rent villas for family holidays, and this was the worst place I've ever stayed on holiday. We were furious and regretted spending the money, even though we weren't staying in the house. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The house was handed over filthy. The kitchenware was old, and some of it unusable, so don't expect much from the glasses and dishes. There were ants all over the kitchen and they weren't removed. The pool was filthy too. The online photos were completely fake, and the people recommending the place seemed like bot accounts. The door frames and mosquito nets were ruined. It was impossible to shower if someone turned on the water at the same time. The toilet seats were broken and the bidet taps unusable. We raised these problems as soon as we arrived, but none were fixed.

I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place. If I could, I'd give it zero stars. We paid 20,000 TL and arrived to find a dilapidated villa, with problems including the mosquito nets, beds and window frames. The outside was dirty too. We asked three times for the outdoor terrace to be cleaned, but nobody did it, so we had to clean it ourselves. The agency was completely unprofessional and seemed to care only about the money. That's why they ask for full payment on arrival. Nobody told us that wild boars are around the mountainous Ovacik region, which put our family in a very difficult situation. A dog kept coming to the villa too, and nothing we tried got rid of it. Today there's no water at all. It's a disaster. I'd advise people to go and see the villa they've booked. Online reviews and likes are easy to buy.

Don't throw your money away, don't come here! From the moment we arrived, ants were all over the kitchen counter. Nothing we tried helped, and it needs insecticide treatment. The kitchen utensils were shockingly old and incomplete, with only two pots and one was burnt. The glasses were scratched and dirty enough that you don't want to use them. Two people can't shower at once unless one is willing to freeze in icy water. The shower heads and sprinklers were broken too. There are four sun loungers, and three are broken. This is definitely not a luxury villa and isn't worth 20,000 TL.
