We left after just one night of a two-night booking. The room was filthy when we checked in: there was urine in the toilet, hair on the sink, a stain on the bedsheets, and cigarette smoke inside. It was a nightmare. We couldn't find anyone to help, and nobody replied to our messages. Look at the pictures, they were taken right after check-in.

The food was delicious, the price was good, and the location worked well for us. The helpful staff were another positive, and I appreciated that there was no alcohol. But the hotel is old and not clean. Our room had no recycle bin or refrigerator, although the fridge was listed in the reservation. It was so crowded that we couldn't sleep at midday, and the room insulation was poor enough that we could hear everything. The pool was small and not very clean, and the gym was weak.

I only used the Turkish bath and spa, so I can't speak for the resort itself. The staff were friendly and professional, and the treatments, including a scrub and massage, were fantastic value for money.

The receptionist was very rude. They tell you one thing, then change it however they want.
