The central location, close to the beach, and the helpful staff make Karbel Beach hotel easy to recommend, especially at a very fair price. It’s a clean hotel with plenty of sunbeds around the pool, and the maid service comes every two days. If anything came up, a staff member was there to help straight away. The hotel is generally very clean, but it could use some updating. There are only two electrical sockets in the rooms, and the bathroom sometimes smelled.

We’ve just come back from two weeks here, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was great, and our room was clean and fresh. We stayed at the Karbel last year, decided to try this hotel, and I'm glad we did. Fantastic hotel. See you next year!

We really enjoyed the stay after the renovation, and the bed and breakfast setup is a big improvement over the old half-board arrangement. Two years ago we thought the hotel was awful and nearly complained. There were just two minor issues this time: we were in the first block nearest reception, where the local noise lasted until 1, and the calls to prayer were really loud at 4 a.m. My parents-in-law stayed in block 2 and didn't have that problem.

The food was good value, though not fabulous, and most of the service was good. The place was clean and comfortable. Staff were a little too quick to clear things while we were still eating, which made me feel self-conscious.

Spotlessly clean, with amazing staff. What a beautiful hotel, I would highly recommend it.
