Liberty Hotels Hisarönü

The food was wonderful, especially dinner, with lots of fresh hot and cold choices, including vegetables, meat, fish, fruit and cakes. Breakfast was my idea of heaven too, with fresh fruit, olives, all sorts of savoury and sweet breads, and a hot selection. The place is spotless. Our room was spacious, the beds fantastic, and the bathroom beautiful with its double shower. The staff work from early morning until late at night and still greet you with a friendly smile. I can't find fault with this lovely place and would happily recommend it.

Breakfast and dinner both had a great choice, and the pool areas work well for adults as well as families. The rooms were just right, roomy and with rain showers. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. I upgraded to half board when I arrived for a great price, and I'll definitely come back.

It was really quiet going back to our room at night, and Hisaronu, with its friendly people, bars and shops, is only a short walk away. We had a great holiday and will return. Our three-bedroom room had loads of space and two bathrooms, which made getting ready in the evenings with the kids much easier. The hotel was clean and well looked after, and the pools and food were nice.

The food tasted good, the staff were polite, and the hotel was kept very clean. I had a pleasant stay, but won't come back or recommend it unless some practical issues are sorted. Although the hotel is four stars and offers half board, meals didn't include even water. There was no water supplied in the room each day, and guests weren't allowed to bring food or drinks in from outside, leaving the minibar as the option at around ten times supermarket prices. The room safe also cost a daily fee, which meant paying extra to store passports and other important things. There was no iron in the room or at reception, only a laundry service for clothes creased in your suitcase.
