Lycian Hotel

The pool was clean, and the pool bar was great for drinks and food. The apartments were cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It's the most beautiful place we've stayed in Hisanoru.

We visited out of season while they were still getting set up. Our apartment had everything we needed, and the location was excellent. Since it wasn't the season, restaurants were only open at weekends. Shine was superb! We got snacks from Serenity but never managed to go there for a meal. The staff at Lycian bar were great and very welcoming. Lovely views of Babadag.

The location by the high street is brilliant, with all the evening fun nearby and no taxi needed. There's a taxi station right by the hotel, as well as doctor and pharmacy services. The Lycian Centre has Italian and Indian restaurants, plus complimentary continental Turkish breakfast if you book a room like I did rather than a flat. The Lycian Hotel, part of the Lycian Centre, is somewhere I'd recommend and definitely return to. My room was spacious, had air conditioning and was cleaned to a great standard every day. The pool was never busy, and there were always loungers. I won't forget those two weeks. Brilliant!

The Turkish bath and massage were fantastic. The massage girls have small hands, but they're really strong and get right into it. They did an excellent job and are a credit to the place. The guy who gave me the Turkish bath was so good, I felt like I'd already had a massage. Highly recommend Lycian D Spa, located to the left of Shine restaurant.
