Montebello Resort & Spa – All Inclusive

After talking with the Jet2 rep, who's around reception each morning, she suggested I speak to the manager, who has only recently taken over. He was lovely and listened carefully to all my concerns. I feel confident he'll address the issues over time. When I got back to my room, it was sparkling clean, including the bedroom. The folded towels, balloons, and petals were lovely touches and much appreciated. Thank you to the manager, the rep, and the cleaning staff.

The pool was a highlight, with plenty of space for swimming or lounging, lots of seating, and shady spots where you could spend a whole afternoon relaxing. The buffet also had a wide choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was fresh, nicely prepared and presented, with options for picky eaters and people who like trying different things. The dining room was spacious and didn't feel crowded, even at busy times. I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily return. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the start, and the property felt calm, clean, and well cared for, suitable for a short break or a longer stay. Rooms right next to a pool just for your use are also available, though the pools are closed after 7pm for maintenance and cleaning. The food, comfortable facilities, and service made it a memorable stay and good value. I'd recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.

The restaurant wait staff were friendly and always stopped to say hello to my three-year-old or give him a high five. Our housekeeper was just as lovely, keeping us supplied with fresh water and towels and doing anything she could for us. Reception were also very helpful when my son had an accident. They arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel and check him over. We'd just returned from nine nights and had a lovely time. The entertainment team were brilliant at helping everyone feel included and comfortable. The food was what you'd expect from a four-star all-inclusive, but we always found something we liked. Pizza, crepes, and ice cream were available through the day, which was a nice surprise. We also had some lovely pictures taken by Fred. We hesitated at first, but were glad we went ahead and couldn't decide which pictures we liked best! I'd definitely recommend the hotel and return.

We had a great holiday. The staff were fantastic, and the hotel was clean. The food was okay at first and got better as the week went on. Our room had a lovely view over the pool and sea. If we came back, I'd recommend getting a swim-up room.
