I ended up paying another £360 out of my own pocket just to get a room that worked for us. It was a stressful, disappointing stay, and the way both the hotel and Love Holidays dealt with it was so poor that I'd think twice before booking with them again. We'd booked a double room through Love Holidays, but were given what was plainly a single on arrival, with a tiny bed and almost no space. My 9-year-old son had to curl up to sleep the first night. I complained to reception straight away and again the next morning, but nothing was sorted. Love Holidays rep Victor saw the room and agreed it was far too small. We kept being told the hotel was full unless we paid £40 per night to upgrade. The rep assured me head office in Antalya had approved a free upgrade, but reception had no knowledge of it. After hours of being sent back and forth, I was told Love Holidays couldn't do anything more.

The food was fresh, warm and tasty, and despite my sensitive stomach, I had no problems during the whole stay, even after trying lots of different dishes. Our room was very clean and well kept, and the hotel itself was spotless. My wife and I had 8 lovely days at Nicholas Park Hotel. It sits a little away from the main streets in Ölüdeniz, which made it peaceful, without traffic noise or loud parties from nearby hotels. The staff were kind and helpful every time, always smiling and ready to lend a hand. Ali was especially welcoming and kind. Semi suggested the spa, but was also lovely to chat with and never pushy. The team made a great impression on us. My wife and I both give the hotel 5/5. Warm regards, Ania & Marek.

The spa facilities were amazing, and I'd highly recommend them. We stayed for two weeks at the start of June and had a great time, with a sea view from our room, plus a balcony, air con, and tea and coffee facilities. There were three pools with plenty of sun beds, and one had a slide. Efes draft beer and spirits were served at the bar as part of all inclusive. The staff were first class, and so was the restaurant, with extensive buffets at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks were available from 12 - 4pm, ice cream from 3. - 5pm, and they reopened the restaurant for soup at around 11:30pm til 12:30.

We went right at the start of the season, so it wasn't especially busy. The location and the staff made it a nice week to unwind, and the locals around the area were friendly and helpful too. The rooms were clean and simple, though the walls were thin, nothing out of the ordinary. Food was fine with no complaints, and the beer was fine and not watered down. We didn't see any brand named spirits. All in all, a great place to relax.

The staff were the best part of our amazing week at Nicholas Park. They took really good care of us and made our boys feel special. The views, food, rooms, pools and location were all amazing too. We just got back from a lovely family week and will be back!
