Nokta Kirme Suit Apart, Fethiye, Ölüdeniz

A good location, with a spacious balcony and a place that’s well furnished and has the utensils you need.

We stayed at Nokta Suit Apartment with the kids and it felt comfortable, almost like home. It was clean and good quality, and booking as a family made it feel like we had our own private estate. The sound insulation was superb. Being close to the market and the road was fun, too. I’d definitely pick it again next year 👍

Mr. Fikret was polite and attentive from the first day through the last, answering all my calls and taking care of things instead of just saying, “I sold it, it’s over.” Thank you for everything. The apartment is very clean and well maintained, with new furnishings, and the pool is clean and looked after too. One small thing: the previous guest may not have left the plates and cutlery clean, so it would be sensible to wash them again. I only used them for sleeping and ate out, though. There are lots of nearby restaurants, and prices are very good for a holiday area. It’s right in the center of Ölüdeniz, where the main activity is down below during the day and up here at night. With a car it’s five minutes to Ölüdeniz; without one, the minibus stop is two minutes away. ATMs and markets are two minutes by car or five minutes on foot. For the price, it’s a very, very good apartment.

The balcony is legendary and the view superb. This was our first visit, but we’ll be back. The building is new and made with first-class materials. The one-bedroom rooms are very spacious, including a really large bedroom, and the kitchen appliances are new and high quality. There are two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and all the appliances are new. Great for families. The only loud sounds we heard were children’s voices :) Thanks so much to everyone.
