Oba Beach Hotel

The host was really nice and even introduced us to the local beer, which was surprisingly good. It’s a lovely hotel by the inner sea, and it’s beautiful and relaxing overall. You can’t get straight from the hut room to the beach, though; you have to go through the hotel next door.

I loved sitting on my bungalow terrace and taking in the atmosphere, especially in the evenings with the colorful garden lights and relaxing turkish music in the background. The place is cozy and peaceful, with amazing plants and trees and an extraordinary feel. The owner is super nice, and breakfast was generous and really good, served in a lovely open air restaurant garden area. The location was great for me, even though it’s a little off the main promenade. Personally, I think it’s the best of the nearby bungalow accommodations. I had a wonderful time and would recommend it to everyone. Hope I can come back someday!! :))

We got a cabin in an expensive part of Turkey for a rate well below the advertised internet price, and at that price we thought it was good. This is very much a local place, with not much English spoken, which overall I think is a good thing. It’s about 1km to walk into town, which was okay. SugarClub hotel is directly in Front and has a serious sound system. One night it stopped early and was fine; the next night, a Saturday wedding there, it was crazy loud.

We went in the off season, so a lot of things were missing, and Mr Hussain and his wife were running the hotel without the full staff. They were very cooperative, and we enjoyed the trip overall. There’s paragliding, a boat trip to blue cave and butterfly valley, and scuba diving to enjoy.
