Olympos Hotel - Adults Only

The pool never felt too crowded, so it was easy to spend the day relaxing there. The terrace is a lovely spot to watch the sunset. Our room was simple but clean, with everything that had been listed when we booked. The food was good, and the staff were kind and made an effort to get to know us. Such warm service made for a great holiday, thank you.

The gardens are a peaceful place to unwind in the evening, away from the bar, and the main road is under 100 metres away if you fancy a snack or a drink elsewhere. It’s a small, friendly hotel at a decent price, with plenty of local amenities nearby. They can also arrange group or private excursions. There are lots of sun loungers by the pool, which is cleaned each morning. The pool area is spotless, and housekeeping do a great job indoors as well. The bar and restaurant serve soft drinks, beer, wine, spirits, tea, coffee and cocktails. The menu has been expanded a lot since last year, with tasty, nicely presented food available day and night. There’s a filling traditional Turkish breakfast included, with eggs cooked how you like them. It’s a relaxing little hotel, with amazing Turkish staff and service that’s as good as at any four star place.

The room was cleaned daily, and the facilities were good. The hotel is in a nice spot, with easy access to Ölüdeniz, which is Fethiye's best beach. The pool is comfortable, and the staff were professional and friendly. The shower, though, was very small. Food was the bigger problem. We ate breakfast there every day, plus lunch and snacks a few times, and it was always much too oily and unhealthy. When something wasn't oily, it seemed they either didn't know how to use spices or hadn't cooked it well, because it was tasteless. At prices similar to nearby restaurants, I expected better quality and healthier meals. It's a nice place with a few things to improve. Thanks for the experience.

We felt at home from day one, thanks to the warm welcome from Hanife hanım. The little turtles wandering around were lovely to see. Chef İbrahim makes a great lunch, and omers cocktails were excellent. They let us use the facilities all day on our last day, too. We'd come back.
