Orka Sunlife Villas

We’re near the end of our holiday, and it’s been an incredible stay. The staff were friendly and gave excellent service from the moment we arrived, even bringing our bags to the room. The room was nice and clean, with daily service if needed, fresh towels and bedding, and fruit and wine after we left a small tip. The beds were uncomfortable, though, and the shower sometimes went from hot to cold. Meals felt more like dining in a restaurant than being at an all-inclusive: drinks were offered, tables and plates were cleared quickly, and cutlery and napkins were ready. We were very impressed with the fresh food and could see the chefs cooking. The cuisine changed daily, so there were always new dishes to try. The entertainment team were engaging, with daytime options like darts, beer pong, football, table tennis, yoga, and zumba. Evenings brought different dance shows and karaoke. There’s also a spa and beauty salon with lots of treatments. I’d definitely recommend the Turkish bath and massage, especially for the price. We arrived at the start of the season, so there wasn’t entertainment at first, and we had a couple of days of horrible weather. Aside from that, we had the best time!

The kids enjoyed the stay just as much as we did, and we came away feeling relaxed after a lovely week as a family. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, with lovely rooms that were cleaned regularly. It is quite isolated, though, so we needed to book a taxi to get anywhere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, especially the restaurant team and all the bar staff. There was plenty of tasty food to suit different tastes. The entertainment staff were brilliant, friendly, and caring, especially Mr. Luxury, Weronica, and the entertainment manager, such a lovely girl.

The entertainment team kept things fun and welcoming every day, and Mr Luxury was especially kind. He'd come over and chat with us daily. The activities ran all day and felt inclusive, while the pool was great for everyone. The hotel was really clean, and the food was tasty with something different each day.

We had a relaxing stay, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The location and views were the highlights, and the gym was a proper, well-equipped gym. Rooms were tidy, towels changed daily, and most of the hotel was clean. Outside, though, there was a big pile of rubbish on the road leading in. The pool was spacious and clean, with plenty of sunbeds. Meals were tasty and had a decent range, especially the stews, but we were disappointed not to find Turkish charcoal barbecue at dinner, such as kofta, shish, or lamb. There was very nice baklava and some good traditional desserts, alongside lots of attractive-looking pudding and sponge cakes.
