The main issue for us was communication between staff. We’d booked dinner, but our table hadn’t been put aside, and the waiters looked stretched during the evening rush. It might be a staffing shortage. Even so, all the food we tried was delicious, with generous portions, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. We’d read complaints about it beforehand but couldn’t see what they were about. There’s live music in the evenings while you eat. The setting is lovely, almost like a fairy tale. From the balcony you can watch paragliders, and the wood-heavy room design feels peaceful. The rooms were very clean, with housekeeping checking daily and emptying the bins. Belcekız Beach is right there, and you can have breakfast or dinner with a beautiful view.

The noise was the hardest part of our stay. A couple of nearby venues play loud music, so I’d bring earplugs. Even with that, this is a special little hotel in a great resort. We spent a week in a garden terrace room with a hot tub, and the pool area was lovely. The restaurant felt relaxed and has a great rooftop terrace. Our room was spacious but much too dark. The wooden cabinet with the fridge could be arranged better, and the room’s shutter locks weren’t the best. Water was replenished each day, but the housekeeping team could have done a bit better with the floor, which collected dust and tree debris in the garden rooms. For a four-star hotel, I’d expect coffee and tea in the room, glasses, and the usual amenities. We ended up buying a kettle. The restaurant food was excellent and well priced. Breakfast looked nice, but was basic, with items served cold when they should have been hot. I missed butter, and a menu of paid extras would be welcome. They could do better at this level. Hotel guests should also get priority for evening tables instead of walk-ins. You couldn’t charge things to a room account, so we paid as we went. That was fine, though it would have been nice to leave a larger tip at checkout.

The rooftop terrace was especially lovely at night, and breakfast with the view was very good. I only stayed a few days, but the location was great and the service was amazing. If you book a honeymoon suite, check the ceiling height, mine was very low. I’d still come back.

My mother has trouble walking, so being somewhere with everything close by made a real difference for us. We stayed as a family of five from 19-22 May 2025. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were very kind. I’d been concerned by reviews mentioning loud music, and we brought noise cancelling AirPods, but never needed them. We had two rooms at opposite ends, and my siblings slept well too. Breakfast was great, and the restaurant had tasty choices. I had the chicken curry and loved it.
